Returns

We offer a 7-day return window. This means you have 7 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In its original condition

  • With all original tags attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number

Your return request must include:

  • Your order number

  • A valid reason for the return

  • Photographic evidence if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at shoutus@janeiro.uk with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item and cover the cost of return shipping.

Change of Mind Returns

We do not accept returns due to change of mind.

Please ensure you review all product information, sizing details, and images carefully before placing your order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items

  • Underwear

  • Socks

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

Where applicable under law, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
